The Atelier
A workshop for the cup.
Atelier No. 8 was imagined as a place between a roastery and a salon — somewhere to taste slowly. We work with a short, changing list of coffees, each chosen for clarity and character, and we prepare them with the same care a tailor gives to a single garment.
